  Script is mean screen play. Script is a small program language. It can be inserted into HTML document to perform a specific task. A web page may contain many scripts. Script is added to web pages to create dynamic effect. Scripts are written in script language. JavaScript and VBScript are the example of scripting language. At times seem computers almost human. They read hand printed letter, play chess, compose music, write plays and even design other computer. Sometimes they are used to know what is hidden for us in future. In some countries computer plans  daily activities of the people There is no wonder when some people regard them as thinking machines.

Computer are being used in space Rockets, satellites and spaceships guided by computers. Computers are being used in aviation. They are used training airline pilots. Computers also direct the flight of planes from city to another, control their air speeds and altitudes and even land them.

 Computer are being used in medicine. They are used in analyzing blood samples in diagnosing diseases and in prescribing meditation. They also keep records of the different types of patients waiting for organ transplants. Even though they are taking over some of the tasks that were once accomplished by our own brains.

Some people fear  that computer may soon replace man. But they should not worry to about  it. Computers are not replacing us at least not yet. Our brain has more than 10 billion cells. A computer has only a few hundred thousand pat's. So we can say that our brains are at least 10,000 times more complex than a computer. Now it depends on man how to use computer for the benefit of the coming generations.

 We can make computer beneficial for man by using it sensibly. This invention can bring many comforts  our life if we use it properly. There are chances that man may misuse  it like other scientific inventions. It will be unfortunate if it happens like that. The misuse of computer is as destructive as nuclear bombs.

نفلی نمازوں کی فضیلت اور طریقہ

 نمازِ تہجد

٭ اس کی کم از کم دو (2) رکعتیں ہیں۔ مسنون رکعات آٹھ(8) ہیں اور مشائخ کے ہاں بارہ (12) رکعات کامعمول بھی ہے۔

٭ بعد نمازِ عشاء سو کر جس وقت بھی اٹھ جائیں پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔بہتر وقت دو (2) ہیں: نصف شب یا آخر شب.

٭ تہجد کے لیے اٹھنے کا یقین ہو تو وتر چھوڑسکتے ہیں۔ اس صورت میں وتر کو نمازِ تہجد کے ساتھ آخر میں پڑھیں۔ یوں کل گیارہ (11) رکعات بن جائیں گی ورنہ وتر بھی نمازِ عشاء کے ساتھ پڑھ لینا بہتر ہے۔

٭ یہ نماز تنہائی میں اللہ تعاليٰ سے مناجات اورملاقات کا دروازہ ہے اور انوار و تجلیات کا خاص وقت ہے۔ احادیثِ نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں اس کی بہت    زیادہ فضیلت بیان ہوئی ہے

صحیح بخاری اور صحیح مسلم میں حضرت عبداﷲ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’اﷲ تعاليٰ کو تمام (نفل) نمازوں میں سب سے زیادہ محبوب صلاۃ داؤد علیہ السلام ہے، وہ آدھی رات سوتے، (پھر اٹھ کر) ایک تہائی رات عبادت کرتے اور پھر چھٹے حصے میں سو جاتے۔‘‘

صحیح مسلم، سنن ترمذی، صحیح ابن حبان، مسند احمد، سنن دارمی، سنن بیہقی، مسند ابویعليٰ اور شعب الایمان میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’فرض نمازوں کے بعد سب سے افضل نمازِ تہجد ہے۔‘‘

2. نمازِ اشراق

اس کا وقت طلوعِ آفتاب سے 20 منٹ بعد شروع ہوتا ہے۔

اسے نمازِ فجر اور صبح کے وظائف پڑھ کر اُٹھنے سے پہلے اسی مقام پر ادا کریں۔

اس کی رکعات کم از کم دو (2) اور زیادہ سے زیادہ چھ (2) ہیں۔

اس نماز سے باطن کو نور ملتا ہے اور قلب کو سکون و اطمینان کی دولت نصیب ہوتی ہے۔

1. ترمذی نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جو شخص نمازِ فجر باجماعت ادا کرنے کے بعد طلوع آفتاب تک ذکرِ الٰہی میں مشغول رہا پھر دو رکعت نماز ادا کی تو اسے پورے حج اور عمرے کا ثواب ملے گا۔‘‘

2. ترمذی اور ابوداؤد حضرت ابوذر اور حضرت ابودرداء رضی اللہ عنہ سے (حدیث قدسی) روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’اللہ تعاليٰ ارشاد فرماتا ہے: اے ابن آدم! تو میرے لیے شروع دن میں چار رکعتیں پڑھ میں اس دن کے اختتام تک تیری کفایت فرماؤں گا۔‘‘

3. نمازِ چاشت

اس نماز کا وقت آفتاب کے خوب طلوع ہو جانے پر ہو تا ہے . جب طلوعِ آفتاب اورآغازِ ظہر کے درمیان کل وقت کا آدھا حصہ گزر جائے تو یہ چاشت کے لیے افضل وقت ہے۔

اس کی کم از کم چار (4) اور زیادہ سے زیادہ بارہ (12) رکعات ہیں۔کم از کم دو (2) اور زیادہ سے زیادہ آٹھ (8) رکعات بھی بیان کی گئی ہیں۔

دیگر فرائض اورزندگی کی ذمہ داریوں سے فراغت ہو تو نمازِ اشراق سے چاشت تک اسی جگہ پر عبادت اور وظائف و اذکار جاری رکھے جائیں۔ احادیث نبوی میں اس نماز کے بہت فضائل بیان ہوئے ہیں:

1. ترمذی اور ابن ماجہ نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جس نے چاشت کی بارہ رکعتیں پڑھیں اللہ تعاليٰ اس کے لیے جنت میں سونے کا محل بنائے گا۔‘‘

2. طبرانی نے حضرت ابودرداء رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جس نے چاشت کی دو رکعتیں پڑھیںوہ غافلین میں نہیں لکھا جائے گا، اور جو چار پڑھے عابدین میں لکھا جائے گا، اور جو چھ پڑھے اس دن اس کی کفایت کی جائے گی اور جو آٹھ پڑھے اللہ تعاليٰ اسے قانتین میں لکھے گا اور جو بارہ پڑھے اللہ تعاليٰ اس کے لئے جنت میں ایک محل بنائے گا۔‘‘

3. مسند احمد و سننِ ترمذی اورسننِ ابن ماجہ میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جو چاشت کی دو رکعتوں کی پابندی کرے اس کے تمام گناہ بخش دیئے جائیں گے اگرچہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔‘‘

4. نمازِ اوّابین

یہ مغرب اور عشاء کے درمیان کی نماز ہے جو کم از کم دو)(2 طویل رکعات یا چھ )(2 مختصر رکعات سے لے کر زیادہ سے زیادہ بیس )(20رکعات پر مشتمل ہے۔

یہ نماز اجر میں بارہ سال کی عبادت کے برابر بیان کی گئی ہے۔ اس کی فضیلت اور انوار و برکات بھی نمازِ تہجد جیسی ہیں۔

اس کا معمول پختگی سے اپنایا جائے خواہ کم سے کم رکعات ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔ یہ خاص قبولیت، قرب، تجلیات اور انعامات کا وقت ہے۔ اس کے اسرار بے شمار ہیں۔

1. ترمذی اورابن ماجہ میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فر مایا: ’’جو شخص مغرب کے بعد چھ رکعات نفل اس طرح (مسلسل) پڑھے کہ ان کے درمیان کوئی بری بات نہ کرے تو اس کے لیے یہ نوافل بارہ برس کی عبادت کے برابر شمار ہوں گے۔‘‘

2. طبرانی نے حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جو شخص مغرب کے بعد چھ رکعتیں پڑھے اس کے گناہ بخش دیے جائیں گے اگرچہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر ہی کیوں نہ ہوں۔‘‘

3. ترمذی نے حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کیا ہے کہ ’’جو شخص مغرب کے بعد بیس رکعتیں پڑھے اللہ تعاليٰ اس کے لیے جنت میں ایک مکان بنائے گا۔‘‘

5. نمازِ توبہ

مکروہ اوقات کے علاوہ کسی بھی وقت دو رکعت نفل نمازِ توبہ ادا کی جاسکتی ہے۔ خصوصاً گناہ سرزد ہونے کے بعد اس نماز کے پڑھنے سے گناہ معاف کر دیے جاتے ہیں۔

امام ابوداؤد، ترمذی، ابن ماجہ اور ابن حِبان نے حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جب کسی سے گناہ سرزد ہوجائے تو وہ وضو کر کے نماز پڑھے، پھر استغفار کرے تو اللہ تعاليٰ اس کے گناہ بخش دیتا ہے۔ پھر یہ آیتِ مبارکہ تلاوت فرمائی:

وَالَّذِيْنَ اِذَا فَعَلُوْا فَاحِشَةً اَوْ ظَلَمُوْا اَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَکَرُوا اﷲَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوْا لِذُنُوْبِهِمْ قف وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ اِلَّا اﷲُ ص وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوْا عَلٰی مَا فَعَلُوْا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَo

(آل عمران، 3:135)

’’اور (یہ) ایسے لوگ ہیں کہ جب کوئی برائی کر بیٹھتے ہیں یا اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کر بیٹھتے ہیں تو اللہ کا ذکر کرتے ہیں، پھر اپنے گناہوں کی معافی مانگتے ہیں، اور اللہ کے سوا گناہوں کی بخشش کون کرتا ہے اور پھر جو گناہ وہ کر بیٹھے تھے ان پر جان بوجھ کر اِصرار بھی نہیں کرتےo ‘‘

6. نمازِ تسبیح

اس نماز کی چار رکعات ہیں، مکروہ اوقات کے علاوہ ان کو جب چاہیں ادا کیا جا سکتا ہے۔اس کا طریقہ یہ ہے کہ تکبیرِ تحریمہ کے بعد ثنا پڑھیں۔

سُبْحَانَکَ اللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِکَ، وَتَبَارَکَ اسْمُکَ، وَتَعَالٰی جَدُّکَ، وَلَا اِلٰهَ غَيْرُکَ.

’’اے اﷲ! ہم تیری پاکی بیان کرتے ہیں، تیری تعریف کرتے ہیں، تیرا نام بہت برکت والا ہے، تیری شان بہت بلند ہے اور تیرے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں۔‘‘

ثنا کے بعد پندرہ (15) بار درج ذیل تسبیح پڑھیں:

سُبْحَانَ اﷲِ وَالْحَمْدُِﷲِ وَلَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اﷲُ وَاﷲُ اَکْبَر.

پھر تعوذ، تسمیہ، سورۃ الفاتحہ اور کوئی سورت پڑھ کر دس (10) بار یہی تسبیح پڑھیں، پھر رکوع میں

 سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيْمُ.

کے بعد دس (10) بار، پھر رکوع سے اٹھ کر

سَمِعَ اﷲُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ رَبَّنَا وَلَکَ الْحَمْدُ

کے بعد دس (10) بار، پھر سجدے میں

 سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْاَعْلٰی

 کے بعد دس (10) بار، پھر سجدے سے اٹھ کر جلسہ میں دس (10) بار، پھر دوسرے سجدے میں

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْاَعْلٰی

کے بعددس (10) بار پڑھیں۔

پھر دوسری رکعت میں کھڑے ہو جائیں اور تسمیہ یعنی بِسْمِ اﷲِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِo سے پہلے پندرہ (15) بار اسی تسبیح کو پڑھیں اور بعد ازاں سورت فاتحہ، پھر اسی طریقے سے چاروں رکعات مکمل کریں۔ ہر رکعت میں پچھتر (75) بار اور چاروں رکعات میں کل ملا کر تین سو (300) بار یہ تسبیح پڑھی جائے گی.

احادیثِ نبوی سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ نمازِ تسبیح کو یومِ جمعہ یا مہینہ میں ایک بار یا سال میں ایک بار یا کم از کم عمر بھر میں ایک بار ضرورپڑھا جائے۔

امام ترمذی، ابوداؤد، ابن ماجہ اور بیہقی سمیت اہل علم کی ایک جماعت نے اپنی اپنی کتب میں بیان کیا ہے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا: ’’اے چچا جان! کیا میں آپ سے صلہ رحمی نہ کروں؟ کیا میں آپ کو عطیہ نہ دوں؟ کیا میں آپ کو نفع نہ پہنچاؤں؟ کیا آپ کو دس خصلتوں والا نہ بنا دوں؟ کہ جب تک آپ ان پر عمل پیرا رہیں تو اللہ تعاليٰ آپ کے اگلے پچھلے، پرانے، نئے، غلطی سے یا جان بوجھ کر، چھوٹے، بڑے، پوشیدہ اور ظاہر ہونے والے تمام گناہ معاف فرما دے گا۔‘‘ (اس کے بعد حضورنبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے انہیں نمازِ تسبیح کا طریقہ سکھایا۔) پھر فرمایا:’’ اگر روزانہ ایک مرتبہ پڑھ سکو تو پڑھو، اگر یہ نہ ہو سکے توہر جمعہ کو، اگر اس طرح بھی نہ کر سکو تو مہینہ میں ایک بار، اگر ہر مہینے نہ پڑھ سکو تو سال میں ایک بار اور اگرایسا بھی نہ ہو سکے تو عمر بھر میں ایک بار پڑھ لو۔‘‘

7.نمازِ حاجت

جب کسی کو کوئی حاجت پیش آئے تو وہ اللہ کی تائید و نصرت کے لیے کم از کم دو رکعت نفل بطور حاجت پڑھے۔

ان دونوں رکعتوں میں سورۃ الفاتحہ کے بعد 11، 11 مرتبہ سورۃ الاخلاص پڑھنا باعثِبرکت ہے۔ چار رکعات بھی ادا کرسکتاہے۔مکروہ اوقات کے علاوہ کسی بھی وقت یہ نماز ادا کی جاسکتی ہے۔ اس نماز کی برکت سے اللہ تعاليٰ حاجت پوری فرما دیتا ہے۔

طریقہ:حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے معمولاتِمبارکہ میں اس کے دو طریقے ملتے ہیں:

1. ترمذی، ابن ماجہ، حاکم، بزار اور طبرانی نے حضرت عبداللہ بن ابی اوفی سے روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جس شخص کو اللہ تعاليٰ یا کسی انسان کی طرف کوئی حاجت ہو تو اسے چاہیے کہ اچھی طرح وضو کر کے دو رکعت نفل پڑھے اور پھر اللہ تعاليٰ کی حمد و ثنا اور بارگاہ رسالت میں تحفۂ درود پیش کر کے یہ دعا مانگے:

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اﷲُ الْحَلِيْمُ الْکَرِيْمُ، سُبْحَانَ اﷲِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ، اَلْحَمْدُِﷲِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، أَسْأَلُکَ مُوْجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِکَ، وَ عَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِکَ، وَالْغَنِيْمَةَ مِنْ کُلِّ بِرٍّ، وَالسَّلَامَةَ مِنْ کُلِّ اِثْمٍ، لَا تَدَعْ لِيْ ذَنْبًا اِلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ، وَلَا هَمًّا اِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ، وَلَا حَاجَةً هِيَ لَکَ رِضًا اِلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.

2. ترمذی، ابن ماجہ، احمد بن حنبل، حاکم، ابن خزیمہ، بیہقی اور طبرانی نے بروایت حضرت عثمان بن حنیف رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کیا ہے: حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے نے ایک نابینا صحابی کو اس کی حاجت برآری کے لیے دو رکعت نماز کے بعد درج ذیل الفاظ کے ساتھ دُعا کرنے کی تلقین فرمائی جس کی برکت سے اللہ تعاليٰ نے اس کی بینائی لوٹا دی:

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّی اَسَاَلُکَ وَاَتَوَجَّهُ اِلَيْکَ بِنَبِيِکَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَّبِيِ الرَّحْمَةِ، اِنِّی تَوَجَّهْتُ بِکَ اِلٰی رَبِّی فِی حَاجَتِی هٰذِهِ لِتُقضٰی لِيْ، اَللّٰهُمَّ! فَشَفِّعْهُ فِيَ.

8. نمازِ استخارہ

اگر کوئی شخص کسی جائز کام کے کرنے یا نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کرنا چاہتا ہو تو دو رکعت نمازِ استخارہ پڑھے۔ ان دو رکعات میں سے پہلی رکعت میں سورۃ الکافرون اور دوسری رکعت میں سورۃ الاخلاص پڑھے۔ پھر درج ذیل دعا پڑھے:

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْتَخِيْرُکَ بِعِلْمِکَ، وَاَسْتَقْدِرُکَ بِقُدْرَتِکَ، وَاَسْاَلُکَ مِنْ فَضْلِکَ الْعَظِيْمِ، فَاِنَّکَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا اَقْدِرُ، وَ تَعْلَمُ وَلَا اَعْلَمُ، وَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ. اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ کُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ اَنَّ هٰذَا الْاَمْرَ (يہاں اپنی حاجت کا ذکر کرے) خَيْرٌ لِّيْ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَمَعَاشِيْ وَعَاقِبَةِ اَمْرِيْ، فَاقْدُرْهُ وَيَسِّرْهُ لِيْ، ثُمَّ بَارِکْ لِيْ فِيْهِ، وَاِنْ کُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ اَنَّ هذَا الْاَمْرَ(یہاں اپنی حاجت کا ذکر کرے) شَرٌّ لِّيْ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَمَعَاشِيْ وَعَاقِبَةِ اَمْرِيْ فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّيْ وَاصْرِفْنِيْ عَنْهُ وَاقْدُرْ لِيَ الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ کَانَ ثُمَّ اَرْضِنِيْ بهِ.

صحیح مسلم میں حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہم کو تمام معاملات میں استخارہ کی اس طرح تعلیم فرماتے تھے جیسے قرآن کی سورت تعلیم فرماتے تھے۔

حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا: ’’جب تو کسی کام کا ارادہ کرے تو اپنے رب سے اس میں سات (7) بار استخارہ کر پھر جس کی طرف تمہارا دل مائل ہو تو اس کام کے کرنے میں تمہارے لیے خیر ہے۔‘‘

بہتر ہے کہ استخارہ پیر کی رات سے شروع کریں اور سات دن تک جاری رکھیں۔ ان شاء اللہ خواب میں علامات نظر آئیں گی جن سے مثبت یا منفی اشارہ مل جائے گا۔

9. نمازِ تحیۃ الوضوء

وضو کے فوراً بعد دو رکعت نفل پڑھنا مستحب اور باعثِ خیر و برکت ہے۔

1. صحیح مسلم، سنن ابی داؤد، سنن نسائی، سنن ابن ماجہ اور صحیح ابن خزیمہ میں حضرت عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضورنبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’جس شخص نے اچھی طرح وضو کرنے کے بعد ظاہر و باطن کی کامل توجہ کے ساتھ دو رکعت نماز پڑھی تو اس کے لئے جنت واجب ہو گئی.‘‘

2. ابوداؤد، بخاری، مسلم اور احمد بن حنبل نے حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص اچھی طرح وضو کر کے دو رکعت نماز پڑھے تو اس کے پچھلے گناہ معاف کر دیے جاتے ہیں۔

10. نمازِ تحیّۃ المسجد

یہ مکروہ اوقات کے علاوہ مسجد میں داخل ہونے پر پڑھی جاتی ہے جو دو رکعت پر مشتمل ہے۔ یہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سنتِ مبارکہ سے ثابت ہے۔ احادیثِ مبارکہ میں اس نماز کی بڑی فضیلت بیان ہوئی ہے۔

بخاری نے کتاب الصلوۃ، کتاب التہجد اور مسلم نے کتاب صلوۃ المسافرین میں حضرت قتادہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص مسجد میں داخل ہو تو اسے چاہیے کہ بیٹھنے سے پہلے دو رکعت نماز پڑھ لے۔

11. نمازِ اِستسقاء

اﷲ تعاليٰ کی بارگاہ بے کس پناہ سے بارانِ رحمت کے نزول کے لیے ادا کی جانے والی نماز اِستسقاء کہلاتی ہے۔ اگر بارش نہ ہو تو نمازِ اِستسقاء کا بار بار پڑھنا مستحب ہے اور تین دن تک اسے متواتر پڑھا جائے تاکہ اﷲ تعاليٰ اپنا لطف و کرم فرمائے۔ اس کے پڑھنے کا مسنون طریقہ ایسا ہی ہے جیسا کہ دو رکعت نماز ادا کی جاتی ہے مگر بہتر ہے کہ پہلی رکعت میں سورۃ الاعليٰ اور دوسری میں سورۃ الغاشیہ پڑھی جائے۔ نماز کے بعد امام خطبہ پڑھے اور دونوں خطبوں کے درمیان جلسہ کرے اور یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ ایک ہی خطبہ پڑھے اور خطبہ میں دُعا اور تسبیح و اِستغفار کرے اور اثنائے خطبہ میں چادر لوٹ دے یعنی اوپر کا کنارہ نیچے اور نیچے کا اوپر کر دے۔ خطبہ سے فارغ ہو کر قبلہ رُخ ہوکر دُعا کرے۔

نماز استسقاء پڑھنے کے لئے کوئی معین وقت نہیں ہے؛ البتہ مکروہ اوقات کے سوا دن کے پہلے حصے میں نمازِ اِستسقاء پڑھنا سنت ہے۔
